A few weeks ago, I sent the seller a msg asking if they might be able to help me with a resize to what I need. I heard nothing at all back. NOT A THING. If I had found a different insert from someone else that I liked, I would've purchased elsewhere, but this is the one I needed. I ended up finding a website that will resize it for me so I purchased it. It printed just fine in the size I needed once I did a resize, but I don't know that I would purchase again from this seller. If I needed something, I, obviously, wouldn't get an answer. Just beware before you purchase.
