A5 Pages Printing Guide

So you found your beautiful planner inserts for A5-sized planner and now you need to print them. Here I'll describe several methods for printing your digital planner inserts. Depending on the paper you have, you may want to print 2 Pages per Sheet  or 1 Page per Sheet.

How To Print 2 A5 Pages On One Sheet

If you are using A4 size paper for your printer, then follow these steps:

1.  Right-click the PDF file -> Open with Adobe Reader.
2. Press File in the left-upper corner -> select "Print".
3. Make sure that "Actual Size" option is enabled.
4. Now press "Multiple" and select "Pages per sheet: 2". 
5. Tick "Print page border" checkbox to see a border around the individual blanks

Keep in mind that you can select the pages you need to print and the order of the blanks. Pages to Print –> enable "Pages" and set the order.

If your printer doesn't do double size, first print all odd pages then flip them over back into the feeder and print the even pages.

Note that all even pages are "left hand" pages and all odd-numbered pages are "right hand" pages.

NOTE: If you are using Letter Size paper, then you'll get Half Letter inserts after following the steps above.

How To Print A5 Pages On Pre-Cut A5 Paper

You can buy A5 paper on Amazon or any stationery shop. Otherwise, you can buy A4 paper and  cut it in half to get A5.

Steps:

1.  Right-click the PDF file -> Open with Adobe Reader.
2. Press File in the left-upper corner -> select "Print".
3. Make sure that "Actual Size" option is enabled under "Page Size + Handling".
4. You can  select "Print on Both Sides of Paper".
5. Hit Properties and select the correct page size. It should be A5 or Custom Size> 5.83" w by 8.27" h.
6. Accept and Print.

How To Print  A5 Pages On Letter Size Paper.

1.  Right-click the PDF file -> Open with Adobe Reader.
2. Press File in the left-upper corner -> select "Print".
3. Make sure that "Actual Size" option is enabled.
4. Tick "Print page border" checkbox to see a border around the individual blanks
5. Hit Properties and select the correct page size. It should be Letter Size or Custom Size> 8.5" w by 11" h.
6. Accept and Print.
